Shipping Policy
Tilemarket.com ships to any location serviced by UPS. There are some restrictions on international shipments and additional fees may apply. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country of which your order shipped. Shipments must be sent to a valid street address. No post office box shipments are allowed.
Return Policy
Installation of tile is acceptance of material. Material which has been installed may not be returned for any reason.
Samples ordered are neither returnable nor refundable. However, the cost of the samples (less shipping) will be deducted from your invoice should you decide to purchase the same product as the samples purchased.
Purchases are returnable (less shipping) and a refund will be applied to your credit card. This refund may take up to two months to appear on your credit card. Materials may be returned within 30 (thirty) days of purchase. The original packaging should always be used for returning materials.
Variation of Color
Variation occurs in all natural stone, glass, terra cotta and ceramic products. This variation contributes to its beauty and uniqueness. It is important to remember this variation when ordering and this variation should not be viewed as a defect in the material.
